Centenario
Rum Lemon
Sour 1 Drop
Sugar Syroup
1 oz melon
liquor, Ice.
Preparation:
Mix all
ingredients
in a shaker,
and serve
decorated
with a slice
of lime and
green
cherries!

Pineapple
Juice.
Cherry Juice
( granadine
) Ice.
Preparation:
1 ½ oz
pineapple
juice, 1 ½
oz of rum,
1tb spoon
cherry
juice, ice.
Shake well
and serve
filtered in
a cocktail
cup.

Honey Lemon Juice Centenario
Rum (at least a 9 year aged)
Ice. Preparation In a
martini shaker, fill with
ice and mix all of the
ingredients (not the honey)
Serve on a frozen martini
cup, but before doing so,
add some honey at the bottom!
